Cooking or Converting with US Cups
I love my U.S. weighing cups, they are so handy when baking muffins, cakes etc. I research far and wide to give you the best recipes and often these come from the U.S. therefore you’ll see cup measurements throughout this blog.
NB a cup of butter weighs much more than a cup of flour! Use this chart to convert common ingredients between cups, metric and imperial:
