Very simple, quick and easy to throw together and goes really well with beef dishes. If you don't have sour cream, it works equally well with natural or greek yoghurt

Serves: 6-8 portions
Ingredients
- 1 small tub sour cream
- 1 lemon, zest and ½ juice
- 2 tbs dijon mustard
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- put all the ingredients together in a bowl and combine
